Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Parikshit Ventures LLP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Orders

  • All quotations are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are subject to applicable GST and other taxes.
  • An order becomes binding upon receipt of advance payment or written confirmation.

Payments

  • Payment terms shall be as mentioned in the Quotation, Sales Order, or Purchase Order.
  • Delayed payments may attract interest and legal recovery costs.
  • All orders are supplied with a valid GST invoice.

Supply Scope

  • Parikshit Ventures LLP is a supplier of solar BOS materials. We do not undertake installation or commissioning. Installation, site readiness, and statutory approvals are the responsibility of the buyer or their appointed installer.

Warranty

  • Product warranties, where applicable, are provided solely by the respective manufacturers.
  • Parikshit Ventures LLP acts as a supplier and facilitates manufacturer warranty claims where applicable.
  • Warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, unauthorised modification, accidents, or force majeure events.

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the supplied material.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-business damages.

Force Majeure

  • We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, transport disruptions, pandemics, or supplier constraints.

Jurisdiction

  • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
