Returns & Exchange

Parikshit Ventures LLP deals in technical and often custom-made solar BOS materials. For this reason, the following terms apply.

No Return Policy

• Goods supplied are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• No returns, exchanges, or cancellations shall be accepted after dispatch or delivery, except as set out below.

Exception — By Mutual Agreement

Returns or exchanges may be considered only if all of the following are met:

• The buyer and Parikshit Ventures LLP mutually agree in writing.
• The original supplier or manufacturer agrees to accept the returned material.
• The goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Any transportation, inspection, restocking, or handling charges shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Manufacturing Defects & Transit Issues

• In case of a manufacturing defect, or material received damaged, short, or incorrect, the buyer must report it within 24 hours of receipt with supporting details (such as photographs and the invoice copy).
• Verified manufacturing-defect items will be addressed through replacement or manufacturer warranty support, at our discretion.

Strictly Non-Returnable

Custom-made structures, fabricated materials, cut-to-size items, and specially procured products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
