Parikshit Ventures LLP supplies solar Balance of System (BOS) materials in bulk to contractors, installers, and developers across India.

Shipping Terms

• Shipping and transportation charges shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the Quotation, Sales Order, or Purchase Order.
• Delivery timelines and freight charges will be as specified in the respective Sales Order or Purchase Order.
• Risk and responsibility for goods shall pass to the buyer upon dispatch from our warehouse or supplier’s location.
• Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to transportation delays, natural calamities, government restrictions, or supplier delays.
• The buyer must inspect the goods upon delivery and notify us of any visible damage or shortage within 24 hours of receipt.

Cancellation

• Orders for standard products may be cancelled only before dispatch, and only with our written approval.
• Custom-made, fabricated, or specially procured materials cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has commenced.
• Advance payments for such orders may be forfeited to cover costs already incurred.
